So when I first got here, I really missed going to the gym and doing workout classes with my sister and my mom. I was on the search for something that would help me stay in shape without leaving my house. I tentatively searched for "pilates workout" on youtube.com, and lo and behold, I found "Pop Pilates." I tell you what, if you are looking for a workout that will kick your butt and produce results, this is it. Aside from running, pilates is a surefire way to target and tone your muscles by working out muscles you did not know you had because everything emanates from your core. Thus, everything you do in pilates, whether it be an exercise for the glutes or the legs, will strengthen your core and give you a wonderfully toned look, all with your own body weight. Not to mention that this instructor uses fun music and is über peppy. Give it a try! Don't be afraid of looking like a crazy; once you try it you won't want to stop! I had to share it with y'all. My favorite videos are the intense abs workout, slimmer thighs/runner's calves, body slimming workout, and stretching for pilates. Here's the beginner's video she just posted:
